Documenting Advanced Directives on Tablet

To document Advanced Directives in a visit note, go to Visit Actions, Demographics, Advanced Directives. Tap on Edit, then go to the bottom of the page and tap “Add”. Tap on the drop down arrow on the top of the page and you can select “None” or the types of Advanced directives the patient has in place.
