Someone at HCHB built out as this user and didn't select our CS Troubleshooting mode setting. When this is enabled, this allows us to build out as a user and not affect the user's actual device with any data we record or password change we make.
Tablet needs to be Re-registered.
- Before entering the password, select "Register" on the menu.
- Enter server code, user id, set up code, new password, confirm password
- After required fields are addressed, select "Register"
